Please note that you are ordering the lace in advance. This means you are aware that the lace is not immediately available and will likely require 8-10 business days for production.
The closure is custom-made to your order (length, texture, origin). This qualifies as a specially manufactured product according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
We would like to point out that each individual bundle of hair is unique because it comes from a single person. Variations are therefore unavoidable, but these allow for a natural and harmonious fit.
Hair patterns and hair colors can vary, with genetic predisposition playing an important role.
Avoid heavy products as they can weigh down the hair. Wash and condition your hair between styles and let the hair air dry after washing to maintain its quality and avoid split ends.
