Shipment

We process all orders within 3 working days. Delivery is usually within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch (applies to working days Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next working day.

Shipping is handled by our partner DHL.

The shipping costs stated include both shipping and packaging costs and apply to all products available in our shop. Shipping is free within Germany.

For international deliveries, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. The exact costs will be shown to you during the order process.
