Please note that you are ordering the wig in advance. This means you are aware that the wig may not be immediately available and we expect it to take 14-21 business days to produce.

The wig is custom-made to your order (length, texture, origin). This qualifies as a specially manufactured item according to Section 312g, Paragraph 2, No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

We would like to point out that each individual bundle of hair is unique because it comes from a single person. Variations are therefore unavoidable, but these allow for a natural and harmonious fit.

Avoid heavy products as they can weigh down the hair. Wash and condition your hair between styles and let the hair air dry after washing to maintain its quality and avoid split ends.
